Tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

The Prize

Total Prize Pool: $700

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Conditions of Entry

    Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
    The following persons are ineligible:
        Directors, officers, management, employees and staff of the Promoter and related bodies corporate.
        Immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings).
    Participation is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    The Promoter may amend or withdraw the competition at any time.

How to Enter

    Entrants must follow the entry instructions as communicated in the competition announcement.
    Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise specified.
    Entries cannot be withdrawn or altered once submitted.

Determination of Winner

The winners will be selected via random electronic draw at the date and time specified by the Promoter.
Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days and may be announced publicly.

If a winner does not claim the prize by the redemption deadline, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw may occur.

Redemption of Prize

    Prizes must be redeemed before the nominated redemption deadline set by the Promoter.
    If not redeemed by the deadline, the prize is forfeited.
    The Promoter may require proof of identity, age and residency before releasing the prize.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

If a prize is unclaimed, the Promoter may conduct a redraw at a time and date it determines.
The redraw winner will be notified by email within 24 hours.

Disqualification

The Promoter may verify or disqualify entries including (but not limited to) where:

    The entrant cannot or refuses to take part in any element of the Competition.
    The entrant fails to provide required identification.
    The entrant provides incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information.
    The entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
    The entrant tampers with the entry process or acts abusively, illegally or disruptively.

No Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

    Incorrect or incomplete entry information
    Entries not received, lost or misdirected
    Technical issues or system failures
    Errors in administration
    Any loss, injury or damage arising from participation or prize use

Liability that cannot be excluded by law is limited to the minimum permitted.
