This also applies to SA residents, SA residents can win more than one prize in the same competition (the SA Gaming Authority differs to the rest of the country) however the 365 day rule still applies, meaning they can only enter if they have not previously won a prize value at $100 or more in a MCM promotion in the past 365 days

If you have won a prize in a MCM promotion in the last 365 days, you are not eligible to enter or win in a MCM promotion until that time period has lapsed, if you enter and receive a winning message, your win is still subject to validation. Validation takes place at the end of the promotion we cross check our database and disqualify any entrants who have won a prize valued at $100 or more in the past 365 days or more or have entered using fraudulent email addresses/names and or addresses and or have entered more than once per day
Essentially there may be a number of people who while have received ‘winners notifications’ are not winners if when we validate all winners they do not meet the criteria
MCM have clauses in place in our promotions that we implement to ensure that everyone has a fair chance of winning and that our promotions are not dominated by a few people, but prizes shared amongst many.
