TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2 Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand only. Employees of the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3 The Promoter is eeni meeni miini moh (ABN15 097 579 836) of 5 Thompson Street, Bowen Hills, Qld 4006, Australia.
4 Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other special offers, discounts or promotions
unless indicated otherwise.
5 The promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on 2 April 2012 and finishes at 11.59pm on 31 May 2012 (“Promotional Period”). All claims must be received by 11.59pm on 31 May 2012 to be eligible. Claims received after this date will be deemed invalid and ineligible to enter the promotion. No extensions will be given under any circumstances.
6 To enter the draw, participants must be an eeni meeni miini moh / e3-M® VIP member.
i. For existing eeni meeni miini moh VIP's:
Existing VIP's will automatically receive an entry into the competition for every item purchased at the Online Store at
www.eenimeeni.com or at the eeni meeni miini moh / e3-M® Concept Store located at 5 Thompson Street, Bowen Hills Qld 4006, during the promotional period.
ii. For new eeni meeni miini moh VIP's:
Simply log onto
www.eenimeeni.com and register for Free VIP Membership and enter your contact details on the membership form prior to placing your order at the Online Store or register at the eeni meeni miini moh / e3-M® Concept Store when you make a purchase in store.
7 Prizes: There are three prizes in total. The first valid entry drawn will win a $1,000.00 AUD eeni meeni miini moh / e3-M gift voucher (certificate). The second valid entry drawn will win a BMW Pedal Car (retail value $399 AUD). The third valid entry drawn will win an iPod Touch (retail value $219 AUD).
8 Total prize value is $1,618.00 AUD.
9 eeni meeni miini moh / e3-M gift voucher is valid until 2 September 2012 and can only be redeemed on full priced winter stock at the Online Store (
www.eenimeeni.com) or at the eeni meeni miini moh / e3-M® Brisbane Store and is subject to the terms and conditions on the eeni meeni miini moh / e3-M website.
10 The draw will take place at the eeni meeni miini moh Head Office, 5 Thompson Street, Bowen Hills, Qld 4006, Australia on 1 June 2012 at 4.00pm (AEST). All valid entries received within the Promotional Period will be entered into the prize draw. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing via email within 2 working days of the draw and their name published on the eeni meeni miini moh / e3-M website (
www.eenimeeni.com)
11 Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
12 If necessary, the promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draw on 1 September 2012 in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. All non-winning entries will be included in the unclaimed prize draw. In the event of any winner in the unclaimed prize draw, the winner will be notified by phone and in writing within two (2) days of the draw.
13 The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14 All entrants are providing consent to subscribe to the Promoter's electronic updates. Entrants can unsubscribe from receiving correspondence from the Promoter via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all electronic updates.
15 Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on (07) 3252 1885 during office hours.
16 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this competition and/or its prizes or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter, its employees and agents.
