1. Giveaway Timing: “Win a CELINE Tote” (the “Giveaway”) begins on October 11 at 12:00 and ends November 11 at 12:00.
2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Australia, who have reached the age of majority (18) as of the day of entry. Employees of MyNetSale and all affiliated parents, siblings, and household members are not eligible to participate and win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules “Rules” and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. How to enter the Giveaway: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in the Giveaway. A purchase does not increase your chance of winning. The Giveaway is based on skill and the Promoter reserves the right to determine the winner based on merit. During the Giveaway period, you may access the Giveaway by visiting the Giveaway site at mynetsale.com.au (the “Giveaway Site”) and completing the on-screen registration form to receive an entry (“entry”) into the Giveaway. Each time you submit an email address and the recipient becomes a MyNetSale member you will be re-entered into the contest.
4. Incomplete, or indecipherable entries and claims will be deemed invalid. All entries will be judged on literary and creative merit. The Promoter reserves the right to select reserves based on merit. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner(s). The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Giveaway is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the slated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logging, or any other methods will result in disqualification. Entries that are forged, altered, incomplete, garbled, or generated with intent to subvert the entry process will not be accepted and are void. Entries made by an individual or entity on behalf of a named entrant, and/or originating at an any other website (other than the Giveaway Site) or e-mail addresses, including, without limitation, commercial Giveaway subscription notification and/or entering sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified. In the event of a dispute to any entry, the authorized account of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria for this Giveaway. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof that he or she is the authorized account holder. As a condition of entering the Giveaway, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, addresses and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and complying with the applicable, laws, regulations and rules. When you submit any materials via the Giveaway including comments, recordings and images (“Content”), you, unless the Promoter advises otherwise, license and grant the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such Content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. You agree that you are fully responsible for the Content you submit. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever. You warrant and agree that: (a) you will not submit any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication; (b) you will obtain prior consent from any person or property that appears in your Content; (c) you will obtain full prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the Content, to the uses and terms herein; (d) your Content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity; and (e) you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems.
Any cost associated with access to the competition entry is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the service provider used.
5. Winner Selection:
The top ten entrants with the highest number of invited friends who become MyNetSale members (within the contest duration) will be eligible to win the final prize. The contestants will be judged on their merit and creativity. All prizes will be awarded and winners notified by telephone or email, at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners within ten business days after selection. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within fourteen days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place from all entries received.
6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): (1 Prize): One CELINE Tote . Details will be provided in winners confirmation email. Prize is subject to the following restrictions.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. If any prize or offer is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize or offer with a prize or offer to the equal value and/or specification. The winners must claim their prize, in accordance with the instructions provided, within 14 days, otherwise their right to the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to award the unclaimed prize to another entrant, but is under no obligation to do so.

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to CELINE, Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr, or Twitter.
