Melbourne Cup VIP Experience Competition

The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes if they win are those who (i) are residents of Australia (ii) are over the age of 18 (iii) are not (a) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this competition, or (b) members of the immediate family of any such employees or contractors. "Immediate family" means spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.

8. The prize (or any part thereof) cannot be sold, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the $5,000 value of the prize.
9. If the winner is unable to fulfil prize during the specified period, the winner will forfeit the prize package with no further compensation or further liability of the Promoter. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
