1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees and their immediate families of NewsLifeMedia and its agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter this competition.
3. To enter participants must answer the following question in 25 words or less: “What your ultimate fitness goal is?” To enter, participants must fill in the entry form on bodyandsoul.com.au. Entrants need to register membership to bodyandsoul.com.au to enter. Registration is Free. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.
4. Illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
5. The competition commences on Sunday 14th June 2013 at 00:01 (AEDT) and concludes on Sunday 14th July 2013 at 23:59 (AEDT) (“Entry Period”). One entry per person will be permitted. The winners will be notified by phone within 7 days of the judging.
6. Entries must be received by body+soul during the Entry Period. Entries received after the end date and time will not count towards the competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
7. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity. The best entry as determined by the judges, will win a prize.
8. Entry details remain the property of NewsLifeMedia. The name and details of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by NewsLifeMedia, unless the winner otherwise notifies NewsLifeMedia at the time of accepting the prize.
9. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant without the consent of the Entrant by a third party will be invalid.

11. Total prize value is $2,690 (including GST)
12. Any individual component of the Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, transferred, deferred, or be redeemed for cash, regardless of whether the winner uses the component of the Prize, in whole or in part.
13. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions,
the winner and their companion are responsible for all other expenses including flights, spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, and all other ancillary costs.

The winner and travelling companion must travel at the same time, must depart from the same capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth).

The Prize must be taken by 19 July 2014 and is subject to hotel availability. The prize is not available during peak times such as public holidays and school holidays (if applicable) and cannot be changed once the booking has been made. All components of the prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across different time periods.
16. Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline.
17. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.

The winners are required to be physically fit. This expedition/prize is not suitable for anyone who suffers from a respiratory disorder, circulatory ailment, or physical disability that limits mobility. By entering the competition, the winner and their guest acknowledge they are able to bring with them with the required clothing during the fulfilment of the prize at no expense to NewsLifeMedia Pty Limited or the other organisers. It is the winner’s responsibility to check travel warnings, obtain necessary insurance and comply with any appropriate travel warnings from the Australian government or DFAT, as NewsLifeMedia has no responsibility or liability in this regard other than as set out expressly in the terms and conditions of the competition.
19. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
20. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond NewsLifeMedia control, NewsLifeMedia may substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
21. NewsLifeMedia shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of entering this competition, accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
22. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
23. NewsLifeMedia reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of NewsLifeMedia, whose decision is final. NewsLifeMedia reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
24. NewsLifeMedia collects your information to include you in this competition and will disclose the information to others who help us run the competition. We may also use the information to assist us in improving our goods and services and to contact you in the future in regard to our other goods and services.
