Competition Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions run by OST.
1. By entering a competition promoted by OST, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. You may only enter and be awarded prizes if you are an Australian resident. Employees of OST or the immediate family of such employees are not permitted to enter.
3. Please only enter the competition once. Only your first entry will be valid if more than one entry is received from you.
4. To qualify for a competition you must like Old School Trading on Facebook. Entries will be drawn at random. The first entry drawn where the criteria has been met, will win.
5. All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable. In the event that a prize is unavailable, OST reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes will be posted to the address nominated by the winner/s.
6. Winners will be notified by email.
7. Entries not completed in accordance with the conditions of entry or received after the closing date will not be considered.
8. The details contained in your entry will be treated in accordance with the OST Privacy Policy.
9. If a competition requires an email address to be entered, invalid email addresses will not be included as a valid entry.
10. Winners have 28 calendar days to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed, the competition will be redrawn if it is a draw competition.
