Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia, 16 years of age or over. Employees & the immediate families of The Promoter (CareerOne), the Promoter's Agencies, and Vfair14 exhibitor companies and their employees can’t win a prize.
Entrants can enter by logging onto the URL of the Promotional website:
http://www.careerone.com.au/vfair/registration and completing the Registration form. People can only submit one entry.
The Promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on 23rd June 2014 & closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 2nd July 2014 ("Promotion Period").
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The draw will take place at MDSA, Suite 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 at 2.00pm (AEST) on 9th July 2014. The winners will be notified in writing via email, published on Facebook

The Prizes
Eligible Entries go into the draw to win one of five A$1,000 Westfield Gift Card. The first five (5) eligible entries drawn will each receive a A$1,000 Westfield Gift Card. Total maximum value of the Draw prizes is A$5,000.
The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable to another person (unless agreed to by the Promoter) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the winner of a prize is under 18 years of age the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian on their behalf. Any element of a prize that is unused will be forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of any entrant being unable to satisfy these Terms & Conditions or forfeiting or not claiming any Prize. If a Prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct further draws, as required, at the same time and place as the original draw, on 23rd October 2014. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
