Competition Terms and Conditions
The Promoter is St Vincent’s Hospital (Melbourne) Limited ABN 22 052 110 755 (SVHM) of 41 Victoria Parade, Fitzroy Victoria 3065.

This competition is a game of chance. The competition is open from Monday 16 May 2022 until 5pm Friday 27 May 2022. Prize draws will take place at the SVHM offices on Monday 30 May 2022. All entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the state of Victoria. To enter, entrants must register their name, SVHA email address and Hospital Department at https://www.stvfoundation.org.au/event/patients-in-stitches/home. Entry is free of charge. Entrants may enter the competition once only and are eligible to win one prize. The prize consists of one of 5 x $100 gift cards.

Prize Winners will be notified within 2 business days of the Draw Date. The Prize must be claimed by 30 June 2022 or the winner forfeits the Prize which will be redrawn. If any winner is found to be ineligible or is disqualified, a replacement winner will be drawn. If a winner is unable to take the Prize as stated, no compensation will be made in lieu. Winners are responsible for all expenses incurred with 13cabs above and beyond the value of the Prize. SVHM accepts no responsibility for Prizes lost. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release and indemnify SVHM for any loss, damage or expense incurred in connection with the entrant’s participation in the competition. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects an entrant’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy: SVHM will collect an entrant’s personal information as part of the competition entry and may use this information for the purposes of administering the competition, awarding Prizes and any marketing purpose for which the entrant’s consent is obtained. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and contain the entire agreement between the entrant and SVHM.
