“Promoter”).

The Promotion will commence at 10.00am on Tuesday 3 January 2023 and will end at
11.59pm on Sunday 2 April 2023.
All times are listed in Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Item 5: Entry
Requirement
Participation in the Promotion is open to all persons who:
a) are 18 years of age or older;
b) are Members of The Star Club or Prestige Domestic program operated by the
Promoter and that have a current membership card;
c) are entitled to access one or all Draw Locations;
d) not excluded (including an exclusion direction or self-exclusion order) from a casino or
premises operated by The Star Entertainment Group Limited (and its related entities);
and
e) not the subject of a Withdrawal of License (WOL) from The Star Sydney, The Star
Gold Coast or Treasury Brisbane.
People who meet the above conditions and continue to satisfy the conditions during the
Promotion Period are referred to as “Eligible Member/s” and will be entitled to enter the
Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any person participating in the Promotion at any
time.

Promotion will be open for entries at the below times:
1. From 10.00am Tuesday 3 January 2023 until 11:59pm Tuesday 3 January 2023;
and
2. From 12:15am Wednesday 4 January 2023 until 11.59pm on Sunday 2 April 2023;
each day an ‘Instant Win Entry Period.’
Item 7: Method of

Instant Win Method of Entry
To be eligible to win an instant prize, an Eligible Entrant must login with their Membership
Card at one of the JackPOD units (“Promotional Device”) located in the Member Zone on
the Ground Floor during an Instant Win Period and play the game on the Promotional
Device (“Instant Win Game”).
Eligible Entrants are only eligible to swipe a maximum of once per calendar day in the
Instant Win Period.
Anyone suspended, found or reported to be swiping and participating in the promotion with
a Membership Card that does not belong to them and does not match their personal

identification will be disqualified of any prizes or wins in the Promotion for that day and will
be held subject to consequences as determined by The Promoter and The Star Club
Membership terms and conditions.

Instant Win Prizes
Eligible Entrants have a one (1) in five (5) chance of winning an Instant Win Prize.
Each non-winning Eligible Entrant attempt will display a message which indicates an
unsuccessful result on the JackPOD screen.
If an Eligible Entrant wins a prize, a message will appear on the screen of the relevant
Promotional Device; “Congratulations you have won <Prize>” (“Winning Member”).
The below prizes will be accompanied by a printed “Winning Ticket” from the JackPOD unit.

It is the sole responsibility of the Winning Member to ensure that they collect their winning
ticket from the relevant Promotional Device at the time of winning. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility, liability or compensation for lost, forgotten, stolen or damaged winning tickets.
If an Eligible Entrant is not a winner, a message will appear on the screen of the relevant
Promotional Device alerting the Eligible Entrant to the unsuccessful attempt.

The estimated prize pool for this Promotion is $250,100 in prizes made up of;

With at least $180,000 in value of Food & Beverage Vouchers to be won during the
Promotion Period.
Numbers are based on 1,400 Members participating in the Promotion each day.
All Prizes, must be claimed by the Winning Member within seven (7) days from the time of
the win. If a prize is not claimed within seven (7) days following procedure outlined in Item
13 & 14, the Winning Member voids all claim to the prize.
Food & Beverage Vouchers will be automatically allocated to a winning Member’s Account,
winners do not need to claim these from The Star Club Desk.

Identification
Winners of Prizes will be asked to produce valid acceptable identification and a Winning
Ticket to a representative of the Promoter to confirm their eligibility to win a prize.
Valid identification acceptable to the Promoter will be either one form of valid photographic
identification (Passport or Australian driver’s licence) with an undamaged clearly visible
photograph, or two other forms of non-photographic identification acceptable to the
Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to waive or vary the identification requirements at its sole
discretion in circumstances where the identity of a winner is determinable by a
representative of the Promoter without the assistance of these or any other form of
identification.
Item 14: Other
conditions
Fraudulent Use of Membership Card
By swiping a Membership Card in the Member Zone, a Member is confirming that their
personal identify matches the identity registered to the Membership Card in use and that
they have knowingly and willingly agreed to The Star Club Membership terms and
conditions of use. Any Member found to be in breach of The Star Club Membership terms
and conditions of use, including participation or knowledge of fraudulent promotion activity
such as purposely swiping another Members Membership Card, is subject to consequences
determined by The Promoter and The Star Club terms and conditions. The Promoter
reserves the right to review and utilise all property resources available, including security
and CCTV footage, if a Member is suspected for fraudulent or undesirable use of a
Membership Card.
Food and Beverage Voucher Prizes
Food and Beverage Voucher prizes will load automatically to the Members account.
Excludes Member specials. Voucher only redeemable on full-priced items. Cannot be used
in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount. Voucher must be used in one
transaction. Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
Travel Voucher Prizes
All CWT Travel Voucher Prizes are subject to individual supplier terms and conditions and
expiry dates. The Promoter accepts no liability for lost, stolen or misplaced vouchers and
will not issue a replacement under these circumstances. It is up to the sole discretion of The
Promoter when replacement CWT Travel Vouchers Prizes will be issued. A winner has
seven (7) days from the time that the prize is won to claim their prize. If their prize is not
available immediately for collection on property at the time of claim, a representative of the
Promoter will be required to record the Membership Number, full name, phone number and

and expiry dates. The Promoter accepts no liability for lost, stolen or misplaced vouchers
and will not issue a replacement under these circumstances. It is up to the sole discretion of
